To place an order, access Santillana Tienda Online, go to “Tienda online Librerías y Distribuidores” and click “Acceder”. Once inside, you can add products by searching by ISBN or title, or by uploading a CSV file containing ISBN and quantity. Once added, you will be able to view their pricing and availability by updating the cart. Before confirming the order, always review the cart, quantities, shipping address, billing address, and the payment method available for your account. After placing the order, you can check its status in the Seguimiento de pedidos section. The new website shows the tracking of orders placed through the platform itself.
