The new customer website is mainly designed to help you place online orders and check the status of orders managed through the platform itself. 

From the store, you can place orders, search for products by ISBN or title, add products to the cart, upload items using a CSV file, check prices and availability before confirming your order, and view the status and details of orders placed through the website. 

The new platform does not reproduce all the features of the previous website exactly. It is a new tool that will continue to evolve gradually with improvements and new features. If a specific option does not currently appear on the website, it means that it is not available on the platform at this time.
